The Heart and Logic Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. All eligible donations are tax deductible.
Every program the Foundation operates is designed to put The HART Standard into practice, across the industries, workforces, and communities where AI is being built and experienced. The Foundation's programs serve AI developers and enterprises, municipal governments, workforce development organizations, and creative communities. Each program is structured to validate The HART Standard in applied settings, fully demonstrating that responsible AI governance is not aspirational. It is implementable.

The Foundation created the Risk Context Officer — a new role that opens a pathway into AI compliance for professionals from any industry background. We partner directly with workforce development programs, serving as a placement destination for participants ready to enter the AI accountability sector.

FOR ARTISTS & CREATIVE PROFESSIONALS
The Foundation provides structured support for creative professionals navigating an industry being reshaped by AI, including resources in public relations, consulting, and project management. Artists are not peripheral to the Foundation's governance work; they are formal participants in it.
Who this serves: Musicians, producers, designers, photographers, videographers, writers, painters, graphic designers, makeup artists, models, editors, entrepreneurs, community organizers, and business owners in the creative sector.
